Welcome to our Payments Page.. Please choose the option that best suits your needs down here, submit the payment electronically using a debit or master card via paypal (you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a Payment). Once payment has been made, you may then proceed to the next page to submit the necessary details. Please fill out the property address along with your tenant's name(s) on the payment option we choose. This is vital as it helps us match your payment with your Eviction Request Form which should be filled out in great detail on the "Schedule Eviction" Page. If you have any questions while going through this page, please do not hesitate to call us on 678.439.6013 (Atlanta) or 704.313.9157 (Charlotte) so that a company representative may walk you through the process.

Apartments/Property Managers - If you have two or more eviction cases, please give us a call. We would like to talk to you and possibly customize a discount for your bulk eviction needs.

Eviction Filing Only - For those who choose the eviction filing service only, you will be required to pay the court filing fees separately as these fees vary by county and court. Luvanex will draft an invoice and send to your email so you may pay the exact court charges once the eviction 'filing only assistance fee has been paid (3rd option below). If you choose this option, it means you only need our help filing the eviction and you intend to handle the court case yourself.

**Filing & Representation Option: This is our most commonly booked service. It is option # 4 below and is known as the "filing & representation" service. It means we file the case, represent you in court and get you a writ of possession. Please keep in mind tenant refers to "actual lease holders" not just occupants listed on the lease. You will need to submit the social security numbers for each leaseholder as this is required for the "Service Member Civil Relief Act Affidavit" - this option does not include the cost of labor to physically remove tenant's belongings so the Rental Owner will need to pay for that if/when it's needed at a much later date.

Physical Removal/Set-Out Service: the cost of labor is $99 admin fee + $75 per man (number of men needed will vary per county). Option #5

The Entire Eviction Package: This is payment option # 6 below and it does cover everything needed (the preceding 5 steps) from consultation and filing to the physical removal of the tenant.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that due to the inconvenience that may have been caused from loss of business (scheduling conflicts with prospective clients whom we had to decline service to after we fit you into our schedule), Luvanex will only refund up to 50% of your payment if the tenant moves out before the scheduled "Physical Removal Service" occurs. This applies to all services listed here.
